What we do

We offer specialist employment law advice to the people of Bradford and its surrounding areas. This includes people who may not live in Bradford but work in Bradford. Areas of advice include dismissal, wages, holiday pay, redundancy, disciplinary matters, grievance procedures, drafting claims,compromise agreements and preparing for tribunal.

We also offer a full casework service for most areas of employment law.

What we don’t do

We don’t advise employers. If you are an employer try one of the websites listed under Useful links. If you need specific legal advice you could contact a local solicitor.

We don’t advise trade union members. If you are a member of a trade union you should seek advice directly from your union rather than contacting us.

Initially advice will be given over the telephone and if necessary an appointment will be arranged.

Alternatively an appointment can be made to see a caseworker.
