Discrimination

What we do

Bradford Law Centre provides assistance with discrimination in employment, goods and services.

Discrimination may be unlawful if it is because of Sex, Race, Disability, Religion or belief, Sexual Orientation, Age, Equal Pay, maternity/Pregnancy and Marriage/Civil Partnerships. We can assist with the preparation of questionnaires, letters before action and county court claims.

What we don’t do

We don’t advise employers. If you are an employer try one of the websites listed under Useful links. If you need specific legal advice you could contact a local solicitor.

We don’t advise trade union members. If you are a member of a trade union you should seek advice directly from your union rather than contacting us.

How to contact us

Advisers are available Monday to Friday between 10am - 2pm.  Appointments are necessary. To arrange an appointment you can call between 10am - 2pm on 01274 306617
